Stacy Fehrer

Our sister, Stacy Lynn Fehrer, passed on Saturday, March 2, 2024, to be with her Lord, Jesus Christ.

Born in Bozeman to Virgil and Marjorie Fehrer on August 11, 1959, Stacy lived her entire 64 years in the Gallatin Valley.

Stacy attended both Bozeman and Belgrade schools, graduating from Belgrade. Special Olympics were an important event in Stacy’s life where she competed in swimming and softball.

Known for her determination, Stacy worked at 4-B’s and Reach Inc., retiring after 43 years. Challenged as she was, Stacy tried hard and overcame obstacles to live an independent, productive, and happy life. Stacy Lynn found joy in attending the First Lutheran Church in Bozeman. She loved her family, friends, music, her pets, good food, Elvis, and art. Her natural artistic talent was amazing as she was rarely without the world of color in her hands.

Stacy’s contagious laugh and big smile will be missed, while memories of her varied antics will be long remembered by those blessed to have known her.

Virgil, her father, and Ty, her brother, preceded her in death, along with her special uncles, Paul Fehrer and Chester Amberson, and grandmother, Mary Maykuth.

Survivors include her mother, Marjorie; aunt, Pat Amberson; brothers, Joe (Mary), Tom, Wes (Sandi) all of Bozeman, MT; plus, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

A Celebration of Life for Stacy will be held at Dahl Funeral & Cremation Service at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 19^th. 

The family of Stacy would like to thank her Reach family for the loving kindness shown to her over the many years.
