Shirley A. (Wallace) Miller

It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of the passing of Shirley A. Miller. She passed away on March 30, 2024, with her family by her side.

A loving wife of 69 years, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, great aunt, and friend. We know in our heart’s heaven has gained an amazing soul.

She had a passion and love of crocheting, many of you have been blessed to receive one of her beautiful blankets. You will always have a part of her when you wrap yourself up, feeling the gift of love and warmth. 

Shirley touched so many lives in our community, by being a part of it. Some of her accolades: American Legion Auxiliary Unit 87 – President, American Legion Auxiliary – District President and Department President, Eastern Star – Worthy Matron, Member of the Eagles and Cattle Women, Local bowl league team member and Head Start Grandma.

The absence of her infectious smile and kind compassionate heart will truly be missed.
