Sharon Ann Browder, age 74, of Belgrade, MT passed away on November 27th, 2017. Born on November 11th, 1943 to mother Ann Lindsey in Miami, FL, Sharon was brought up an only child. She successfully graduated from high school, later returning to further her education. In the early 1960’s, Sharon was introduced to John G. Williams and the couple later married. Together, Sharon and John had two children before John’s passing on July 24th, 1970. Sharon remarried in November of 1973 to Edwin (Ed) H. Browder, and the combined family totaled eight members.
During this time, Sharon enrolled at Jackson Memorial and graduated with her nursing degree in 1976. Sharon worked a full career as a Registered Nurse and Teacher, passing along the profession she loved to future generations. Sharon enjoyed baking and was a proud and active member of her AA community. She will be most remembered for the deep love she had for her “girls”, her affection and care of her cats, as well as her love for her family.
Sharon is preceded in death by husband John G. Williams, husband Edwin (Ed) H. Browder, and daughter-in-law Connie. She is survived by sons Richard (Sharla) Williams, their daughter Katie, and granddaughter MacKenzie of Belgrade, MT; John “Jack” Williams and son John Jr. of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Dan (Phyllis) Browder of Missoula, MT; Eddie Browder of Alabama; Bennett “Bubba” (Martha) Browder of Alabama; Bobby (Terri) Browder of Alabama; eight additional grandchildren; as well as five additional great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 9th at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Belgrade.
