Myrtle Vivian Bea

Myrtle Bea, 79, loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, passed peacefully in her sleep with her family by her side September 13, 2023.

She was born October 11, 1943, in Lakeview, Oregon, daughter to Albert and Viola (Bosch) Pugh. Myrtle was married three times, to John Thompson, LeRoy Smith, and Kenneth Bea. Myrtle lived life on her own terms. She enjoyed the great outdoors, road trips, exploring new places, fishing, and gardening. Her favorite place to visit was the Oregon Coast. Myrtle was very proud of her family.

Myrtle is preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Charlie Pugh. She is survived by her daughter, Eileen Smith (Clyde Martinez); sons, John Thompson Jr, Charles Thompson, and Michael Smith; sisters, Dee Longoria, Nina (Steve) Carmichael; four grandchildren, James (Lilly) Smith, Cody Thompson (Mandy Simmons), Marissa Smith, and Skiiler Smith (Yvette Webb); and several nieces and nephews.

Myrtle was deeply loved and will be missed by her entire family.

A celebration of life will be announced later at a later date.
