Joseph (Joe) Kiss, 92, passed away peacefully at Highgate Senior Living on December 13, 2012. He was born in Gyor, Hungary on February 15, 1920. Joe was raised and educated in Hungary, and worked as an engineer there. He married his wife Elizabeth (now deceased) in 1954. They left Hungary during the 1956 Hungarian Revolution and settled in New York, and later relocated to New Jersey, where he worked as a structural engineer. After his retirement in 1990, he and Elizabeth moved to Bozeman and enjoyed Big Sky country living. Joe enjoyed the quiet life, but his passions were good food, slapstick comedy, fishing and photography. In Heaven he likely has reassumed his duties as supervisor of kitchen operations, much to the chagrin of Elizabeth. Joe is survived by his sons, Lester (JoAnn) Kish of Bozeman and Andrew Kish of Peabody, MA. Joe will be interred at Sunset Hills Cemetery in Bozeman in a private ceremony at a later date.
