James Thomas Gauvin

Jim Gauvin, 87, of Bozeman, passed away October 15, 2023. Jim was born in Elmwood, WI on November 15, 1935, to Phill Gauvin and Ruby (Baslair) Gauvin.

Jim was married to his wife, Marie Gauvin, for 63 Years. They met at a roller skating rink and were married in Menomonie, WI in 1960.

Jim served in the Army from 1954 to 1956 and worked at the Southern California Edison Company from 1965 to 1991. He loved woodworking and was very involved in the Catholic Church throughout his life.

Jim is survived by his son, Tom Gauvin, of the Philippines and daughters, Ann Rourke (Gauvin), of Colima, Mexico and Susie Gauvin Luebbe, of Bozeman, MT. He was proceeded in death by his wife, Marie Gauvin, and brother, Don Gauvin.
