James L. Watson, 62, passed away January 8, 2023, after spending the day at his favorite fishing hole. Jim was the second born to Kenneth and Judith (Blanchard) Watson on February 26, 1960, in Great Falls, Montana. He graduated from Rudyard High School and then went on to receive an Associate’s Degree at Helena Vo-Tech. It was there he met his first wife Debbie (Dickinson) Watson. For the last 15 years, Jim worked as a welder for Martel Construction and took great pride in his many projects around the Bozeman area.
Jim enjoyed many hobbies including mining for gems, woodworking, and metal work but there is nothing he loved more than to go fishing and hunting with his family and friends.
