James L. Armstrong of Belgrade passed away Friday, January 7, 2011. He was born on July 30, 1936 in Livingston, Montana to Elmer and Naomi Armstrong. Jim is survived by his beloved wife, Donna (Minarsich) Armstrong; children, James E. (Julie) Armstrong and Albert N. Armstrong; grandchildren, Sarah and Rebecca Armstrong; brother, Elmer Armstrong, Jr.; and family friend, Joni. Respecting Jim#8217;s wishes, no services will be held.
