Henry “Hank” Worrest passed in his sleep on July 13, 2026, at the age of 96. As a young man, he volunteered for the Air Force, serving 4 years stationed in Germany. Thereafter, he completed his education, ultimately earning a Doctorate in Secondary Education from the University of Montana. His career led to becoming the Head of Secondary Education and Foundations at Montana State University and serving in educational roles with Western Montana College in Dillon, Montana, Concord College in West Virginia, and Lock Haven State College in Pennsylvania. Following retirement, Henry volunteered, transporting patients for Bozeman Health Cancer Center. He was a consistent blood donor for 60 years and enjoyed sharing his homemade baked goods with military and first responders. Hank was predeceased by his wife Pat. He is survived by his children, Kreg (Diane) Worrest of Missoula, Karen (Craig) Clark of Sheridan, WY, and Korrine (Dave) Barth of Billings; 5 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Bozeman Health Foundation or Stillwater Hospice.
