Wallace Howard Graham

November 3, 1928 — September 3, 2021

Wally was born in Bennet, NE to Howard and Nellie Graham. His family moved to Primrose Valley, WY in 1938 and later to Greybull.



Wally joined the Navy in 1948 and spent two years on the USS Valley Forge. After attending flight school in Pensacola, FL, he was commissioned into the Marine Corps as a 2nd Lt. He retired in 1970 as a Lt. Colonel having served in Korea and Vietnam.



After retiring he worked several jobs but found his calling teaching adult education at Lane Community College in Eugene, OR.



Wally met the love of his life, Lois Hillner, at a Tea Dance in Los Angeles on April 26, 1952, and they married June 12, 1952. They spent 57 years together traveling, fishing, and raising children.



He is survived by Beth (Chuck) Hauge, Craig (Ann) Graham, Cindy (Pete) Sanford, Heather (Jay) Waite, 9 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
