Rudolph 'Bud' Tillman

Rudolph Conrad Bud Tillman, 81, of Three Forks, passed away on October 16, 2010 at home. He was born May 1, 1929 in Bozeman, Montana to Thomas Nelson Tillman and Maude (Dwight) Tillman. Bud graduated from Gallatin County High School in 1947 and married his sweetheart, Alice Mae Fitzsimmons. He worked 44 years for Hines Motor Supply as a parts man. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, camping and his horses. He also loved gardening and cooking. He was always trying new recipes. In 2003 Bud and Alice moved to Three Forks from their home in Bozeman. Bud is survived by his wife Alice, daughter Linda Rockhold (Jim) and son George (Donita), six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and sisters, Ruth Barker, Clara Brownell, Betty Lee, and Shirley Peterson. Bud was preceded in death by his daughter Connie, his parents and eight brothers and sisters. There will be a graveside service for Bud at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to meet at Dahl Funeral Chapel at 1:15 pm to process to the cemetery. Memorials in Bud's name may be sent to Rocky Mountain Hospice, 301 Edelweiss Dr., Ste 5, Bozeman, MT 59718.
