Phillip Hollowell

Phillip G. Hollowell, 24, of Bozeman, tragically left our lives before his time on Thursday, December 9, 2010. He was born October 13, 1986 in Oak Lawn, Illinois, near Chicago, to Elton #8220;Tim#8221; and Theresa (Elliott) Hollowell. Phil moved to Bozeman with his family at the age of 10. He graduated from Bozeman Senior High, and following high school he worked with his father in their construction business. He had a very close relationship with his family. He enjoyed basketball and playing the guitar in his earlier years. His family has many great memories of trips to Chicago to visit relatives. He loved camping, fishing, snowmobiling, hunting and, most of all, snowboarding at Bridger Bowl. Phillip was the strong silent type, but had a great sense of humor and constantly teased his sister and friends. He had a huge heart and would have given anyone the shirt off his back. He would have done anything for his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents. Survivors include his parents, Theresa and Tim Hollowell; his sister, Ashley, all of Bozeman; his grandmother Marilyn Graham of Casey, Ill; and many aunts, uncles and cousins in the Chicago area.
