Loretta Mae Stevens

Loretta M. Stevens, 93, of Bozeman, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2013. She was born March 27, 1920 in Bozeman, MT to Evelyn and Fred Ham. She subsequently lived a very full and exiting life in various places, including Washington State (Seattle, Lopez Island, Lynnwood, Sumner, and Federal Way), Alaska (Homer and Anchorage) and most recently Bozeman. She was preceded in death by husbands Burt Vahlbush, Russell Day and Gordon Stevens; sister Alberta Woosley; brother John Ham, son-in-law Morrie Lemke; grandsons Rick Parrent and Doug Stephens; and great grandson Jason Funk. Survivors include her sister Isabella Rassley of Bozeman, MT; six children Sherry (Ray Cowman of Issaquah, WA, Bonita (Robert) Arts of Bozeman, MT, Sandy Lemke of Auburn, WA, Gordy (Jo) Stevens of Bozeman, MT, Mervyn Vahlbusch of Anchorage, AK and Ginger (Ken) Olson of Seattle, WA; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great grandchildren. Private family services will be held.
