Judith Kathleen Beaudry

December 31, 1955 — August 1, 2022

Judith “Judie” Kathleen Beaudry, 66, fell asleep in death on August 1st, 2022, at her home in Bozeman, Montana. Judie was born in 1955 in Butte, Montana to Melvin and Verna Bird. She was the second of five children.

Judie had a love for art that began in childhood and would follow her all of her life. From watercolor to crochet, Judie always found a way to express her creative talents throughout her life.

In 1973, Judie started a family and became the proud mother of Michelle Yother, Tina Johnson, Jenny Marshall, Brian Marshall and Renea Marshall. In 1980, Judie met the love of her life and future husband, Charlie Beaudry, and they quickly fell in love over a game of cribbage. Together, Judie and Charlie would have three more children: Charlene, Joseph (Corissa), and James (Hope)-making their happy family complete. Judie was a dedicated homemaker and loving mother and wife. She and Charlie were known for the warm and welcoming home that they created together. It was a safe space that was always full of visitors, laughter, and music. In 1994, Charlie and Judie would begin welcoming their 11 grandchildren into the world: Justine, Isaiah, Sarah, Bailey, Aaron, Tony, Marah, Gabby, Elora, Nina, and Azlyn.

In 1979, Judie met Kate Ersland, who would prove to be an influential person throughout Judie’s lifelong spiritual journey. Judie came to love and value the practical and beneficial principles contained in the Bible, and in March of 2021 she was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She loved to tell everyone she knew and met about her wonderful and comforting hope for the future.

Judie was proceeded in death by her father, Melvin; her brother, Dennis; her sisters, Karen and Susie; and her husband, Charlie. She is survived by all of her children and grandchildren as well as her sister, Melinda, and her mother, Verna.

The memorial to honor Judie’s life and memory will be held on Saturday, August 13 at 2PM. The service will take place at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses located at 3100 Yale Avenue, Butte, MT 59701.
