Freda Edith Hawes Willmarth, 81, passed away Monday March 30, 2015. Freda was born on November 12, 1933 to Alfred Charles and Edith Hawes in High Wycombe Bucks, England. Freda was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and truly loved her God, Jehovah. Freda married her husband Philip Willmarth on July 10, 1954 in High Wycombe, England. She and Phil lived in England until September 1956. Freda is survived by her loving husband, Philip Willmarth, daughters Joanne (Gary) Edwards, sons Philip (Lisa) and Paul (Terri) Willmarth, son-in-law Clarence Mennis, sixteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and sister Sylvia Smith of High Wycombe , England. She is preceded in death by her oldest daughter Beverly Mennis and by her parents Alfred and Edith Hawes who passed away in England. Freda loved spending her days knitting. She would make hats, slippers, and scarves for her family. She always enjoyed a good movie and watching football games. She always enjoyed watching her grandsons play football. She loved her flower gardens. She loved talking about her hometown in England. She loved to travel to the Oregon coast with Phil in their RV. In 2004, Freda and Phil took a trip to Alaska. She always loved her trips down south in the wintertime and travelling up to Canada to find the British treasures she loved. She loved working on her scrap books for her family. She loved to spoil her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved her dog Suzie. She loved playing games with her family and friends. Her favorite card games were Cribbage, 500, and Golf. Freda was always talking with family, friends, neighbors, or anyone she met about God’s Kingdom and the resurrection hope. A memorial for Freda will be Saturday April 18 at 2 pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s, 1367 Thomas Drive, Bozeman, Montana.
