Dorothy Martz Milledge, 67, of Bozeman, Montana passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2009. She was born on November 7, 1941 in Anaconda, Montana to Walt and Sarah Terkla. She lived in Anaconda until 1981, when she moved to Bozeman. On September 10, 1994, Dorothy married Richard #8220;Dick#8221; Milledge. Dorothy was the owner and operator of Dorothy#8217;s Beauty Salon in Bozeman for over 20 years. She valued her friends and clients, always helping them when she could. She loved the outdoors, especially times camping with her family. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed cooking, canning, baking, crocheting, and yard sales. Dorothy was a survivor of the Quake Lake landslide, and her greatest joy in life was her family, being Gram to 27 grandchildren. She was also a long-time member of White Shrine. Survivors include her husband, Dick Milledge; children, Don (Sharon) Martz, Jr. of Belgrade, MT; Troy (Barbie) Martz of Couer d#8217;Alene, ID; Carey (Barb) Martz of Kingston, ID; Jamie (Paul) Carey of Bozeman; Barbara (Steve) Beatty of Bozeman; Kenneth (Jeannie) Milledge of Bozeman; Kathy (Kevin) Collins of Helena, MT; and Curtis (Stacy) Milledge of Helena; nephews, Rick Smith and Thumper Smith; niece, Nancy (Brenden) Babcock; grandchildren, Melinda (Wes) Maerz, Shawn Martz, Maddie (Justyn) Hoscheid, Beau Martz, Dylan Martz, Jordan Martz, Skylar Hill, Andrew Carey, Kaitlin Carey, Timothy Carey, Sarah Carey, Alex Carey, Kody Beatty, Jake Paige, Meghan Babcock, Chris (Kathryn) Milledge, Bryan Collins, Brandon Collins, Christian Collins, and Aron Collins; great-grandchildren, Hunter and Cora Maerz, Oliver Milledge, and Cope Palmer; and her dearest friend and cousin, Betty Austin. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Sarah Terkla; her sister, Roseanne McCullough; and her nephew, Timothy Smith. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, August 28, 2009 at Dahl Funeral Chapel. Friends are welcome to a reception following the service at 825 West Rocky Creek Rd in Bozeman.
