Donald Vincent Nedrud passed away at his residence in Bozeman, MT from natural causes on August 13, 2014 at 67. He was born Aug 3rd, 1947 in Havre, Montana. His parents were Vincent and Lillian (Huso) Nedrud. Raised in Wolf Point with his brother David, he graduated from Wolf Point in 1965. He attended Luther College, Decorah, IA, and Montana State University in business. He enlisted in the Army National Guard in 1970, married Jean (Hansen) Nedrud of Wolf Point, MT in 1972 and was commissioned as an officer shortly thereafter. He served as a battery commander for Culbertson then Plentywood for 6 years. They settled in Bozeman and had two children, Jens and James, while operating several successful businesses. Retiring early in life, Don enjoyed time with family, meals with friends and was always good for a laugh. He was preceded in death by his father, S.V. Nedrud. He is survived by his mother, Lillian of Wolf Point, MT, brother, David (Virginia) of Pocatello, ID, former wife Jean of Bozeman, and mother of two sons, Jens (Stephanie) of Bellevue, WA, and James of Chicago, IL. A graveside service will be held at Greenwood Cemetery in Wolf Point, MT, on August 20th at 11 am.
