Charles Tennstedt

Charlie Russell Tennstedt, 53, of Bozeman and Big Sky passed away on April 4, 2010. He was born on August 8, 1956 in Stamford, CT to Charles R. and Emily (Goeckler) Tennstedt. Charlie graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona, FL. Charlie has been a pilot his entire life. He worked as a corporate pilot for GE, a test pilot for Falcon Jet and most currently Chief Pilot for Barnhard Construction. Charlie loved flying, motorcycling and skiing. He loved living and working with all his friends and colleagues in the Big Sky of Montana. He was preceded in death by his mother. His survivors include his father Charles (Nancy) of Spruce Creek, FL, Carol Hemingway of Las Vegas, NV, Robin Tennstedt of Golden, CO, his former wife Katarzyna Tennstedt of Belgrade, MT, three nieces Rebecca, Laura and Jessica and five great nieces and nephews. Please join the family in a celebration of Charlie's life at 11:00am Sunday, April 25, 2010 at the Hilton Garden Inn, 2023 Commerce Way, Bozeman, MT. Memorials can be made in his name to the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Scholarship Fund, 600 S. Clyde Morris Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL 32114-3900.
